Woman punched victim in pub

A WOMAN who punched another woman at the Postman’s Tavern has been given a 12-month good behaviour bond and fined $450.In Nowra Local Court, Jessica Scott, 24, of Cambewarra Road, Bomaderry, pleaded guilty to assault and AVO breach.The two women were at the pub on October 22 last year when they ran into each other.Scott’s victim tried to go to the bathroom but stopped when she saw the woman against whom she had taken out an AVO.Scott approached the woman telling her she was lucky she had an AVO.The woman replied, “Whatever, just leave me alone.”Later in the evening the victim had to walk past Scott to reach a friend.She said, “Excuse me”, but Scott punched her in the forehead.The victim fell to the ground with Scott on top of her pulling her hair.Scott was also given a 12-month good behaviour bond for breaching a bond given to her for six charges of obtaining money by deception.This story Administrator ready to work first appeared on Nanjing Night Net.
